ALL MODELS: The warranty now covers the powertrain (engine, transmission, and parts that deliver power to the wheels), roadside assistance, and courtesy transportation during warranty repairs for 5 years or 100,000 miles (160,000 km).

AURA: (photo) The new Aura mid-size sedan fills a vacancy left since Saturn axed the L-series after 2005. The Aura is available in two models: Aura XE, with a 224 horsepower V6 and 4-speed automatic, and Aura XR, with a 252 hp V6 and 6-speed automatic. A gas-electric hybrid version called the Aura Green Line will debut later in the year.

ION: 2.2 and 2.4 liter engines both get a slight bump in power output.

SKY: (photo) Saturn's new two-seat rear-wheel-drive roadster shares its mechanical bits with the Pontiac Solstice, but gets its own sheetmetal and unique styling. A hot-rod Red Line model boasts a 260 horsepower turbocharged engine and stiffer suspension.
